ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

Love and liberation in our relationships - isn’t that what we’re all looking for?

When you learn to deepen your practice of holding space for others and yourself, that’s exactly what you’ll find along the way.

Holding space is about learning to walk alongside people in whatever they’re experiencing without trying to fix them, change them, or control the outcome of their choices. When we learn this practice, we free each other (and ourselves) to be fully human, we strengthen our capacity for facing discomfort, and we learn to have clearer boundaries and better guardrails in our relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

  • The basic components of holding space.

  • The meaning of liminal space.

  • The opposite of holding space.

  •  How to recognize your limitations in holding space.

  •  How to hold space for yourself.
