  • By registering, I agree to honor with respect the Town and Country Resort property and staff and the staff of The Embody Lab and Ergos Institute
  • By registering, I agree The Embody Lab and Ergos Institute are not responsible for Town and Country Resort offerings or service, vendor booth offerings, and personal sessions

By registering, I agree that neither The Embody Lab, Ergos Institute, Town and Country Resort, nor any of the contractors, staff, presenters, volunteers, participants, session providers, or representatives have any responsibility or liability for my participation in-person or online - therefore, I hereby release them from all claims in connection with such

Refund Policy:

Your satisfaction with your Programs, Products, Site, Subscriptions, Memberships, Services and Program Materials is important to us. Due to the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Site, Subscriptions, Memberships, Services and Program Materials, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programs, Products, Site, Subscriptions, Services and Program Materials, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time.

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Please be mindful prior to and during travel to avoid illness as there is no refund issued for illness.
  • If the The Somatic Trauma Healing Immersion is canceled, you will be refunded.

At the heart of our immersion is the belief that transformation and healing is a collective journey and ‘breaking bread’ together provides a powerful avenue for fostering a supportive community that shares your passion for somatic practices. And when you purchase the Full Immersion Plan you never have to leave the resort! 

What your Nourishing Connection Weekend Plan includes:

  • 2 Buffet Dinners: Saturday and Sunday
  • 2 Buffet Lunches: Saturday and Sunday

After you purchase your meal plan we’ll ask you to indicate any dietary restrictions or preferences.
